Total Quality Management

Total quality management (TQM) describes a management approach to long-term success through customer satisfaction and ongoing refinements in response to continuous feedback. At ADS, we define goals to achieve TQM adhering to established standards, such as the SEI’s Capability Maturity Models (CMM), International Organization for Standardization’s ISO 9000 series or the Six-Sigma.

What We Do

Four Categories

At every stage we will divide into four sequential categories: plan, do, check, and act (the PDCA cycle), helping us to measure the success at every stage.

Plan and Measure

We define a plan that is comprehensively covering organizational wide efforts, in creating an environment for continuous improvements to deliver high-quality products and services to your customers.

Standards and Measures

We ensure that the processes are continuously meeting specific requirements in terms of standards and measures, including performance, quality, and duration.

Ongoing Satisfaction

We ensure that all customers are satisfied even when their expectations change over time.

Normally companies are concerned with two types of standards: output standards and process standards. Our TQM solution typically includes:

  • Planning, Doing, Checking, and Acting (the PDCA cycle);
  • Creating an environment for continuous improvements to deliver high-quality products and services to your customers;
  • Continuously measuring and improving the quality of products, processes, and services being delivered;
  • Reducing rework and costs associated with the development and delivery of products and services; and
  • Identifying and minimizing risks related to quality.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction over time;
  • Continuously measuring performance, quality and duration.
